Sciatic Nerve Compression and Pain in Your Feet

Pain from sciatic nerve compression is usually very debilitating, and is often described as having a burning or stabbing quality to it. This can make dealing with sciatica very difficult.
It can also be felt anywhere from the lower back to the back of the thighs all the way down to the toes. People who have it can often feel discomfort even in their feet from damage in their backs.
In fact, lower back discomfort may not even be present in people with sciatica – the discomfort may be felt much further away. Knee and ankle joints may also be adversely harmed by this disorder.
